We are now accepting applications for the 2024 Holidazzle Craft show!
October 19th & 20th. 
Please fill out and submit the application below for concideration. Be sure to include your photos. 

Table Fees:

1 table - $10
2 tables = $20
3 tables = $30
4 tables = $40
5 tables = $50

All applications must be accompanied by a minimum of 3 photographs of your craft and a photo of you making your craft.  Please call the office during regular buisness hours at 815-239-1641 if you have any questions.
